Mail Orders

The 2nd option we have for ordering is through the mail. This option allows you to pay with Visa, MasterCard, cash, check (payable to Theisen Clock & Novelty) or money order (U.S.P.S money orders are best) Just print the Order Form, fill it out and mail it to. The item(s) you are ordering The "ship to" address The billing address for the card you are using The credit card # The expiration date The 3 digit # from the back of the card.

For security we recomend breaking the credit card information into two parts and sending the expiration date and 3 digit # from the back of the card in a 2nd seperate eMail.

Shipping and Shipping Rates Most orders ship in less than 24 hours. Standard shipping via U.P.S Ground and U.S.P.S Parcel Post/First Class Mail. Priority Mail and Overnight options are available on request. Use the Rate Charts below as guides to determine applicable shipping charges for your order, Actual shipping charges are determined by size, weight and destination. All Desk Clocks, Small Lamps, Welcome Signs, Table Clocks and Wall Clocks up to 12" in Dia Use the large item chart for... Larger (12" to 18") Wall Clocks, Lamps, Serving Trays and multiple standard items Use the very large item chart for... 20" to 24" Wall Clocks as well as multiple large items like a pair of Lamps or a Cupboard Clock & Tavern Chalkboard Use the oversize item chart for... Oversize Clocks 24" to 38" The rate guides (linked above) though simplified here are built out of our experience with actual shipping rates over the past four years and will be very close to the actual rate you pay. We find this a more fair and more accurate than charging an arbitrary figure or a percentage of the dollar amount of the sale. As such, No information exchanged with Theisen Clock & Novelty will ever be sold, distributed or bartered in anyway to any other Party, Business or Entity. Theisen Clock & Novelty handles it's own Credit Card Processing with a real Terminal through an established Credit Card Processing company just as if you were buying Gas or shopping at Sears, so your Credit Card information is never compromised by fourth or fifth party Web processing. Note that all Card information is "blacked out" for shipping.

Theisen Clock & Novelty is the product of four (plus) years of hard work, a little fun and a lot of frustration to get to this point. The original idea for this business came after finding out the Cutter Grinding Shop that Brian Theisen had worked at for 10 plus years was closing. Not wanting to start over on the bottom rung at a new shop, He decided to start on the bottom rung of his own shop by taking his long time (20 + years) hobby of Woodworking and applying the production skills learned as a Cutter Grinder and an earlier background in retail to start his own business... About Returns

Returning items for refund Refunds may be given for items returned in the exact condition they were sent. However shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No refunds will be given on goods returned that have been used or damaged due to poor return packaging or shippment. Returns are subject to a 20% handling charge. All return/defect claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. Credits will be issued within 30 days of the end of the month in which an item has been returned.
